Phone Numbers Are Now Live
One of the most common questions we've heard since launch: "Can I give the agent an actual phone number?"
Yes. As of today, you can.
What's available
You can now provision inbound phone numbers in 40+ countries directly from the Threetone dashboard. Pick a number, assign it to an agent, and calls to that number are handled by your agent automatically — no SIP configuration, no carrier contracts, no infrastructure work.
Indian numbers (both local and toll-free) are supported. We've tested with Jio, Airtel, and Vi with no issues.
How it works
- Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar
- Search by country and area code
- Buy the number — billing is monthly, cancel any time
- Assign it to any agent in your account
Inbound calls are routed in real time. There's no warm-up period.
Outbound support
Outbound calling from provisioned numbers is coming next. For now, outbound is available through Batch Calling using a shared caller ID pool.
Pricing
Numbers are billed at cost plus a small platform fee. Indian numbers start at ₹250/month. US/UK numbers start at $2/month.
