Connect your business account
Authorize Threetone through Meta's connection flow and select the WhatsApp Business account and phone number you want to use. You keep ownership of those assets.
Step 2
Give your agent a defined job
Choose an agent and configure your business information, response instructions and permitted actions. Connecting an account alone will not switch on automated replies.
Step 3
Test before enabling replies
Check real customer scenarios and decide when your team should step in. Replies will come through your business number, on your behalf.

Review and manage access
Keep track of your agent assignments and the access you grant. You can revoke your authorization through Meta and contact us about stored data.
What account access is for
With the business's authorization, the service will use account and phone-number details to route conversations, customer identifiers and message content to prepare relevant replies, and delivery statuses to track responses. AI providers may process message content to generate those replies on the business's behalf.
Your business controls the account permissions it grants and is responsible for customer notices, consent and permitted messaging. Account access does not transfer ownership of your business or its WhatsApp number.
